For more than three decades, Leo Tonidandel has built an international career in commercial aviation, leading businesses and transformation projects across Europe, South America and Asia. Alongside his professional life, he has remained deeply connected to creativity through music, writing and storytelling.
Today, Leo divides his time between executive leadership, composing original instrumental music and documenting lifes quieter moments. His work is inspired by travel, nature, people and the belief that meaningful stories often emerge from ordinary experiences.
Together with his wife, photographer Ana Luisa Tonidandel, he created Tonidandel as a place where photography, music and personal stories come together. It reflects their shared curiosity about the world and their appreciation for authenticity over perfection.
